摘　　要：金融危机催生了全球范围内的贸易保护主义,贸易保护措施的滋生和泛滥,暴露了WTO在限制贸易保护主义方面存在缺陷。为了应对贸易保护主义,WTO规则应该进行相应修改。文章力图从贸易保护措施的合规性、合理性分析上得出WTO规则中存在的漏洞,并试图针对WTO规则的缺陷加以修正完善。The global financial crisis has given rise to worldwide trade protectionism.The birth and proliferation of the trade protection measures exposes the flaws of WTO in the restraint of trade protectionism.Therefore,in order to cope with trade protectionism,WTO rules should be revised accordingly.This paper,by means of the analysis of the rationality and validity of the protection measures,seeks to find out the limitations of WTO rules,and attempts to amend or improve the defects of WTO rules.
