摘　　要：本文介绍个体标识的概念,探讨了我国医疗信息系统发展过程中产生的个体标识不统一的问题。借鉴其它领域以及国外的解决办法,提出了实现医疗信息系统个体标识统一的思路,对医疗信息化建设具有一定的借鉴作用。This paper introduces the conception of personal identification,and discusses the problem of variance of personal identification in the development of medical information system in China.Using the experience of other countries for reference,this paper puts forward the conception about realizing the coherence of medical information system personal identification.
