摘　　要：随着计算机技术在医院经营管理方面的广泛应用,医院各项业务活动的正常运转都离不开医院信息化系统的支持。该文分别从硬件设备、软件系统、管理制度和信息中心业务学习这四个方面论述了医院信息系统维护和管理的一些经验。With the widely applications of the computer technology in hospital management, the hospital business activities can＇t work normally without the supporting of hospital information system. The hospital information center is responsible for the management of hospital information system works directly, its tasks include construction, management and maintenance of all the information subsystems in the hospital, the maintenance of mainframe and all kinds of terminal equipment and network, etc. This article mainly discusses the maintenance and management of hospital information system from four aspects： the hardware devices, software systems, management systems and information center staffs＇ professional study.
