摘  要:在输电塔电力设施的抗风设计中,必须考虑地形对风场的影响。详细回顾了典型地形对近地风场的影响,对所有发达国家和地区的现行风荷载规范进行了深入对比分析,发现各国规范的制定思路基本相同,但提出的地形对风场影响的模型各不相同,并与我国风荷载规范进行了比较,为我国电力设施抗风设计提供了参考。某特高压大跨越输电塔的风振分析实例结果表明,山地地形对风场有很大影响,进而对输电塔的风振响应也有很大影响,山地地形下输电塔的位移响应比平地增大约23.0%~59.6%。In the wind design of wind power facilities such as the transmission towers-lines, the excellent terrain effects on wind field must be taken into account. This paper reviews the researches on the typical topography effects on the near-field wind, and compares and analysis the current wind load specifications of all developed countries and regions widely and precisely. Through comparison to the wind load specifications in China, The conclusion is made that all the standard were developed by the same idea, but the proposed models for the topography effect are different respectively which can provide reference for the selection of wind power sites and the wind design of wind power facilities. Through an analysis of the wind-induced response of a transmission tower, the conclusion can be made that the effect of the topographic influence on the wind field is great and the wind-induced displacement response of the transmission tower in the hilly terrain may increase 23.0%~59.6% compared to that in flat terrain.
