摘　　要：介绍了粉料、颗粒及浆料等颗粒介质输送管线用阀门的特点。分析了高温、高硬度和高速度气固双相混合物冲击的复杂性和阀门的频繁启闭过程。针对工业生产长期稳定和阀门安装位置不受限制及多向密封的要求,提出了耐高温、耐磨蚀和长寿命颗粒介质用多向密封盘切阀的新型结构和设计方法。Introduces the characteristics of valves used for delivery pipelines for powder media such as powder,grain or slurry;analyses complexity of impact from gas-solid two phase mixtures with high temperature,high hardness and high speed;specific to the demands for long-term stability for industry production,unlimited valve installation position and multi-directional seal,proposes new structure and design method for multi-directional seal disc valve for powder media with the characteristics of High temperature resistance,abrasion resistance and long service life.
