器官移植术后带状疱疹治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨半导体激光联合药物治疗器官移植术后带状疱疹的有效方法。方法将42例器官移植术后并发带状疱疹的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组21例给予更昔洛韦静脉滴注,维生素B1、维生素B12肌注;治疗组21例除给予对照组相同药物外,同时加用半导体激光照射皮损处,每日1次。两组疗程均为10天,观察记录水疱结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间及疼痛基本消失时间。结果治疗组的疼痛缓解时间、止疱时间、结痂时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组。结论半导体激光联合药物治疗器官移植术后带状疱疹起效快,疗效显著。Objective： To study the efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster after organ transplantation.Methods： Forty-two patients with herpes zoster after organ transplantation were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty-one patients in the treatment group were treated with a combination of semiconductor laser with medicine for ten days,while the other 21 patients in the control group only with medicine for ten days.The time of vesicle scabbing,pain relieving and pain vanishing in the two groups were observed and recorded.Results： The study showed that the time of vesicle scabbing,pain relieving and pain vanishing were significantly shorter in treatment group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion： Semiconductor laser combined with medicine can control the herpes zoster rapidly and effectively.
