摘　　要：目的:评估心脏外科患者焦虑状态及影响因素,进一步做好术前心理护理。方法:采用经改进的焦虑量表,对122位接受心脏外科手术成人患者进行自评。时间:术前1天。结果:被测病人均显示有不同程度的焦虑。结论:为解除或减轻心脏外科患者术前的焦虑情绪,应根据焦虑的不同因素,因人而异地进行相应的心理护理。Objective：To investigate the anxiety state of patients w in cardiac surgery before operation.Method：The anxiety state of patients in cardiac surgery and its related factors were investigated using anxiety scale and the questionnaire designed by ourselves.Results：The anxiety state of the patients is severe before operation.Conclusion：In order to reduce preoperative anxiety of patients and give patients preoperative psychological care is necessary,and it should be based on different factors of anxiety,varies from person to person to carry out the appropriate psychological care.
