摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性小耳畸形耳再造术的护理体会.方法:对18例先天性小耳畸形采用Ⅱ期手术进行耳再造手术患者进行术前术后的护理,记录患者生理心理恢复情况。结果:18例患者术前的焦虑、恐慌等各种情绪得到有效缓解,术后心理、生理方面均恢复良好。结论:有效护理是手术成功的重要保证。Objective：To approach the nursing of reconstructive operation of congenital microtia Methods：Do preoperative or post-op nursing for the 18 inpatients of congenital microtia who needs reconstructive operation,note the physiology and psychological restoration of the patient;Results：the anxiety,panic emotion of the 18 patients been reliefed efficient,Post-op patients＇ mental and physical have been recovered well.Conclusion：the success of nursing work is an important guarantee to ensure the successful surgery
