首次全国性病实验室淋球菌分离鉴定室间质评结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过室间质评活动,了解目前全国各级性病实验室淋球菌分离鉴定的能力,及时发现影响鉴定结果的因素及存在的问题,帮助提高临床性病检验的水平和质量。方法采用特快专递的方式,将质评样本集中统一发放到全国各级性病实验室,由中国疾病预防控制中心性病控制中心对回报结果进行比对分析,并将考评的结果集中反馈给各参评单位。结果质评样本共发放171家单位,结果的回报率为72.51%(124/171),综合质评考核成绩的合格率为74.19%(92/124),国家级淋球菌耐药监测点及省级中心实验室的合格率最高,达82.35%(28/34)。结论全国各级性病实验室淋球菌分离鉴定总体能力较好,但仍需加强实验室质量控制工作,选择高质量的试剂,加强室内质控,加强实验室人员自身能力建设,积极参加室间质评活动,进一步提高各级性病实验室淋球菌分离鉴定的能力。Objective To recognize the ability to identify and validate Neisseria Gonorrhoeae in STD laboratories at different levels to timely find out the factors or problems influencing the results,and to help clinicians enhance their test quality as a result of the external quality assessment.Methods Samples were uniformly delivered to different level STD laboratories by EMS.Test results were analyzed in the National Center for STD Control,and then sent back to the original laboratories.Results One hundred and seventy one laboratories participated in the external quality assessment,with a response rate of 72.51%（124/171）.The average percentage of qualified labs was 74.19%（92/124）,of which the highest percentage was from the National Monitoring Point of Drug Resistance of Neisseria Gonorrhoeae and the provincial central laboratories,reaching 82.35%（28/34）.Conclusions The overall ability to validate and identify Neisseria Gonorrhoeae was up to the standard,but in order to further improve the ability of STD laboratories at different levels,quality control should be strengthened among them,such as choosing the reagent with high quality,reinforcing the internal quality control,enhancing the capacity-building of technicians and taking active part in external quality assessment activities in the future.
