摘　　要：交流三相异步电机的广泛使用对电动机的起动方式要求越来越高,针对传统降压起动方式的二次电流冲击问题,提出电机的软起动。文章介绍了软起动器的现状及优点,阐述了工作原理,而且绘制了各种软起动方式中电压和电流的变化曲线,最后结合实践,针对软起动器的保护功能,给出了各种保护功能下元器件的选择方法和参数计算。The extensive use of Tri-phase AC induction motor is giving Higher requirements to the motor starter approach, specific to impact on secondary current of the traditional step-down starting approach, Motor soft-start has been made. This paper introduces the status of the soft starter and the advantages,described its working principle, but also draw Voltage and current curves in a variety of soft-start ways, finally,aim at protective function of the soft starter,provides our practice of the selection methods of components and calculation under a variety of protection.
