摘 要:尘螨是最常见且分布最广的室内变应原,研究证明尘螨可以引起变应性哮喘、变应性鼻炎、变应性皮炎等变应性疾病。目前变应性疾病尚无十分有效的根治手段,且唯一可能根治特异性免疫疗法仍存在很多问题。近年来随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,尘螨DNA疫苗作为一种新型的生物制品,成为疫苗研究中的热点,它与传统的灭火疫苗相比显示不不可比拟的优越性,在尘螨变应性疾病的治疗中显示出较强的应用价值和广阔的前景,但其具体机制目前还不十分明确,且在应用过程中还存在一些问题。本文就近年来尘螨变应原及其分子生物学特性、尘螨DNA疫苗的免疫机制、应用现状、优点、存在的问题和优化策略方面的研究进展做一综述。Dust mites are the most common and the most widely distributed allergens which could cause allergic diseases such as allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis and allergic dermatitis. Allergic diseases have no effective treatment currently, and specific immune therapy still have many problems. With the development of molecular biology technique, dust mite DNA vaccine as a new biological product become a hot spot in vaccine research, which shows no in comparable superiority compared with the traditional vaccine and shows strong value and broad prospects in the treatment of allergic diseases. However, the exact mechanism is not clear, and there are still some problems in the application process. This article will give a review on dust mites and its molecular biology characteristic; the immunologic mechanism, use, advantage and disadvantage, optimization strategy of dust mite DNA vaccine.
