摘　　要：介绍一种非接触式铁水测温装置,该设备基于普郎克红外辐射定理,采用特制高性能红外探测器,远距离感应高炉出铁时铁水的红外辐射能量并转换成相应的电信号。有效克服了高炉出铁现场复杂恶劣和环境影响,实现了高炉出铁全过程铁水温度连续。In the article mainly introduced one kind of non-contact molten iron temperature measurement installment,this equipment based on the Promp gram infrared radiation theorem,uses the specially made high performance infrared acquisition aid,when the long-distance range induction blast-furnace tapping the molten iron infrared radiation energy and transforms the corresponding electrical signal.Has effectively overcome the blast-furnace tapping scene complex bad and the environmental effect,realized the blast-furnace tapping entire process molten iron temperature to be continual.
