摘　　要：本文阐述科技成果评价现状，提出了检验检疫科技成果评价机制及指标体系、评价标准，并建立起通过两轮专家咨询，确定评价指标及相应权重的方法，为提高检验检疫科技成果评价工作的科学性、规范性提供了切实可行的方案。The author describes present situation of scientific and technological achievements evaluation in this paper, proposes evaluation indicator system and evaluation criteria for inspection and quarantine achievements. At the same time, the author also sets up methods to determine the weight of evaluation index and evaluation indicator system by two rounds of expert consultation, It is hoped that it will give some help to improve the science and quality in inspection and quarantine technology achievements.
