摘　　要：产学研在本质上是一个科技研究与创新活动的完整过程，科技中介系统在产学研过程中发挥着枢纽作用，利润的驱动科技中介系统在产学研中发挥枢纽作用的内在机理，只有加强科技中介系统的发展，产学研的合作才能真正建立起来，才能实现产学研的最大价值和根本目标。The production-teaching-research cooperation is an entire process combining scientific research with innovation in essence. The science and technology intermediary plays a key role in the production-teaching-research cooperation, and profit is the interior mechanism that serves as the driving force. Only by strengthening the development of the science and technology intermediary could the production-teaching-research cooperation be established, and the maximum value and ultimate object be realized.
