摘  要:利用透射、扫描电镜及X-射线衍射分析较系统地研究了Ti-15Mo-2.7Nb-3Al-0.2Si钛合金中亚稳β相在时效过程中的分解特性,并建立了相应的时效动力学转变图。研究结果表明,在500℃以上时效,β相直接析出次生α相,该温度以下,先析出ω过渡相,再逐步过渡到平衡α相。最后,对该合金的时效硬化效应及硅化物沉淀特性也进行了讨论。The precipitation behaviors of metastable β phase during aging in Ti 15Mo 2 7Nb 3Al 0 2Si alloy were systematically studied by using TEM, SEM and X Ray diffraction analysis The kinetic diagram of aging transformation was established also Research results show that α phase is directly precipitated from β matrix during aging above 500℃ and ω phase is prior formed below this aging temperature ω phase gradually transits to α equilibrium phase in subsequent aging Finally, the aging hardening effect and formation of silicide in this alloy are discussed
