摘  要:本文研究了一种新兴的乳液聚合方法——超浓乳液聚合。文中以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为分散相,乳化剂水溶液为连续相,在适当油溶性引发剂存在的条件下,通过超浓乳液聚合以两步法制备出一系列水包油型的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯超浓乳液。对制得的超浓乳液稳定性的影响因素进行初步分析,又以单因素实验对超浓乳液的稳定性做了详细研究。研究结果表明,超浓乳液的稳定性与预聚时间、乳化剂的种类和浓度、分散相的体积分数等因素有关。In this paper a new emulsion polymerization method - concentrated emulsion polymerization is presented. A serial of oil/water concentrated - emulsions of PMMA are prepared by concentrated emulsion polymerization in two steps with the oil - soluble initiator and MMA as the dispersed phase, aqueous solution of emulsifier as the continuous phases. The factors of effect on stability of concentrated emulsion are analyzed and investigated by the single - factor experiments. Investigation indicates that the stability is effected by the time of pre - polymerization, kinds and concentration of emulsifier, volume fraction of the dispersed phase et al.
