摘 要:为了评估蚯蚓用于水葫芦渣(water hyacinth residue)堆肥的可行性,设计水葫芦渣与牛粪、水葫芦渣与猪粪和水葫芦渣与鸡粪2∶1堆肥混合物(HCD、HPM和HCE)中接种蚯蚓(Eisenia foetida)进行堆肥,探讨蚯蚓堆制后堆肥产物的微生物活性及物理化学性质的变化。结果表明:与常规堆肥相比,蚯蚓堆制30d后,HCD、HPM和HCE中微生物量碳含量下降,而基础呼吸、微生物代谢熵、脱氢酶与碱性磷酸酶活性均升高;其中HCD中总固形物平均质量损失增加3.32%(P<0.05);HCD和HPM中的全氮含量均显著增加(P<0.05),而HCD和HCE中的全钾含量极显著(P<0.01)或显著增加(P<0.05)。可见水葫芦渣混入部分牛粪经蚯蚓堆制可达到减少堆肥时间、提高产品质量的效果,而水葫芦渣混入猪粪和鸡粪进行蚯蚓堆制的效果较差。In order to evaluate the possibility of the mixtures composting of water hyacinth residue through vermicomposting,three kinds of mixtures(straw∶dung=2∶1),which were water hyacinth residue plus cattle dung(HCD),water hyacinth residue plus pig manure(HPM) and water hyacinth residue plus chicken excrement(HCE),were used to study the microbial and physicochemical properties of the mixtures through vermicomposting.The results indicated that after 30 d,compared with conventional composting,the microbial biomass carbon(MBC) of HCD,HPM and HCE through vermicomposting were all decreased;the basal respiration(BR),microbial respiration quotient(qCO2),dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase activities of HCD,HPM and HCE through vermicomposting were all increased,the total solid(TS) loss of HCD through vermicomposting was increased by 3.32%;the contents of total nitrogen(TN) of HCD and HPM through vermicomposting were significantly enhanced(P〈0.05),and the total potassium(TK) contents of HCD and HCE through vermicomposting were significantly improved(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Therefore,the mixture of HCD through vermicomposting could shorten the composting time and improve the quality of composting.
