摘  要:选用1日龄健康AA肉鸡600羽,随机分为5组:对照组(C组,不含抗菌脂肽及抗生素)、抗生素对照组(AC组)及在基础日粮中分别添加4 000 U/kg、8 000 U/kg和12 000 U/kg抗菌脂肽组(试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组),试验期为45 d。结果表明,Ⅰ组平均日增重较AC组提高3.77%(P<0.05),饲喂21 d法氏囊指数和45 d胸腺指数较C组分别提高41.48%(P<0.05)和69.91%(P<0.01)。Ⅱ组21 d甲状腺素水平较C组降低29.31%(P<0.05),45 d促甲状腺激素水平较C组提高72.2%(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组45 d三碘甲状腺氨酸水平较AC组提高66.67%(P<0.05),21 d总蛋白水平均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),21 d及45 d血清球蛋白水平较C组也有极显著提高。以上结果表明,添加4 000 U/kg抗菌脂肽对肉鸡的生长发育和免疫机能具有较好的调节和促进作用。To study the effect of antimicrobial lipopeptide on production performance and immunity of broilers,600 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups,fed with the following diets for 45 d: basal diets(C),basal diet + antibiotics(AC),basal diet + 4 000 U/kg antimicrobial lipopeptide(Ⅰ),basal diet + 8 000 U/kg antimicrobial lipopeptide(Ⅱ),and basal diet + 12 000 U/kg antimicrobial lipopeptide(Ⅲ).The results showed that in group I,the average daily weight gain increased by 3.77%(P〈0.05) compared with group AC,and the indexes of bursa of fabricius at 21 d and thymus at 45 d increased by 41.48%(P〈0.05) and 69.91%(P〈0.01) compared with group C,respectively.In group Ⅱ,the level of thyroxine T4 in serum decreased by 29.31%(P〈0.05) at 21 d,and thyroid stimulating hormone increased by 72.2%(P〈0.05) at 45 d,compared with group C.In group I,the level of triiodothyronine T3 in serum increased by 66.67%(P〈0.05) at 45 d compared with group AC,total protein level was significantly higher than those in other groups(P〈0.05) at 21 d,and globulin level was significantly higher than those in group C at 21 d and 45 d(P〈0.01).It indicated 4 000 U/kg antimicrobial lipopeptide added in diet could improve production performance and immunity of broilers.
