摘　　要：自动化立体仓储系统在现代化生产管理系统中占有非常重要的地位,垂直提升货柜作为自动化立体仓储系统中的重要设备,已经广泛应用于航空航天、机械、石化、医药、电子、银行等行业。为了提高垂直提升货柜在市场中的竞争能力,作者进行了垂直提升货柜的可靠性设计。通过该设计,可保证产品的高性能、高质量、低成本,降低设备在常规工作情况下的非正常故障,确保操作者的人身安全及设备安全。The automatic storage system plays an important role in modern manufacturing control system.The vertical lift,as a key product in the control system,has been widely used in varies fields,such as aviation,mechanical,petrochemical,electronic,bank and also medical industry.In order to enhance the competitiveness of the vertical lift,we have maken the reliable design.Through this design,it can ensure the high performance,high quality of the lift in a lower cost,reducing the unnormal trouble rate of the lift under formal working contition,ensuring the safety of the operator and the lift itself.
