摘 要:选择13个点进行调查共捕鼠9种4386只,以黑线姬鼠和褐家鼠为优势种,HFRS病毒(HV)抗原阳性率分别为7.8%和5.4%,共采集健康人血清3468份,HV抗体阳性率为1.45%。首次证明狗、猪、灰麝鼠句、紫貂是HFRS的宿主动物。对5种传播途径的研究证明:HV较易通过伤口实现传播,在气溶胶中达到一定剂量时,可通过呼吸道传播;较难经消化道感染;在流行病学和病毒学的基础上,又采用分子生物学方法证明恙螨体内有HV的存在并有增殖现象,鼠、螨、人所分离的HV的抗原性一致,又进一步确定恙螨为HFRS的传播媒介。在证明灭鼠可有效控制HFRS流行的基础上。In order to ascertain epidemic characters of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) and find out fine precaution methods,series investigation had been taken.The results show that:9 families 4386 rats had been captured in 13 points,Apodemus agrarius and Rattus norvegicus were prominent families,positive rate of HFRS virus were 7 8% and 5 4%,postive rate ofhealthy person sera 3468 was 1 54%.Dog ,pig ,crocidura allenuate and martes zibellina had been proved firstly as the host of HFRS virus.HFRS virus could be infected from wound or by alerosol,and had been proved that it could proliferate in chigger mite,and antigenicity of HFRS virus in rat,mite and patients were similar.All these results have significant on epidemiology and precaution of HFRS.
