子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒PCR检测及临床意义的研究

摘　　要：采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术，对２３６例正常子宫颈，１０５８例宫颈炎，５６例宫颈癌的分泌物进行人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）及１６、１８分型的检测。结果发现正常子宫颈中ＨＰＶ及ＨＰＶ－１６型和１８型的检出率明显低于宫颈炎和宫颈癌（Ｐ＜０．０１），宫颈癌中ＨＰＶ及ＨＰＶ－１６型和１８型的检出率明显高于宫颈炎（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ＨＰＶ感染与宫颈炎。Detection of human papillomavirusese(HPV)16 and 18 infection by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was carried out in patients with normal cervix 236 cases,chronic cervicitis with cervical erosion 1058 casese,cervical cancer 56 cases.It was found that a significantly higher detective rate of HPV,HPV 16 and HPV 18 in cervical cancer than in normal cervix,and a significantly higher rate of those in cervical erosion.This suggests that cerival diseases is ralated with HPV infection.
