氨氯地平与福新普利联合治疗高血压病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氨氯地平联合应用福新普利的降压疗效。方法:将100例原发性高血压病患者,随机分为实验组(50例)和对照组(50例)。实验组使用氨氯地平联合福新普利,对照组单用氨氯地平,8周以后进行疗效分析。结果:实验组患者的血压下降明显,总有效率达94%,对照组总有效率达80%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平与福新普利联合治疗原发性高血压病不仅能发挥药物协同作用,提高降药疗效,还能减少药物不良反应。Objective： To observe the antihy- pertensive efficacy of Amlodipine combined Fosinopril. Methods： The 100 patients with primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into experimental group （50 cases） and control group （50 eases ）. The experi- mental group using Amlodipine combined Fosinopril,the control group alone Amlodipine, 8 weeks later, the antihypertensive effects of analysis for drug. Results：The experimental group significantly decreased blood pressure in patients with a total effective rate was 94% in the control group, the total effective rate was 80%. Difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： Amlodipine combined Fosinopril treatment of primary hypertension can not only play a synergistic role in enhancing the efficacy of drugs, but also to reduce the incidences of adverse reactions.
