测试蠕墨铸铁石墨形态方法的研究

摘　　要：为使蠕墨铸铁件能够稳定地生产,采用微分热分析法进行快速炉前检测。根据测定的微分热分析曲线特征,制定了相应的判断图,确定石墨形态。并采取相应的炉前补救措施,提高了蠕墨铸铁件的合格率,获得了较好的经济效益。并为其它种类合金铸铁的质量控制提供了检测思路。In order to obtain steady productions of iron castings,the differential thermal analysis is a rapid and reliable way to determine the characteristics of liquid iron.For example,rare earth-based compacted graphite cast iron,according to differential cooling curve characteristics,making criteria charts of determine cast iron graphite morphology,and take corresponding remedial measures（additional alloy composition or liquid iron）,thus improve qualified rate of compacted graphite iron castings and obtain better economic benefits,provide testing ideas for quality control of other types of alloy cast iron.
