摘　　要：分析了化妆品发蜡瓶注塑件的工艺特点,针对注塑件的形状特征,设计了弯销侧抽芯双分型面注塑模,并介绍了发蜡瓶注塑模具结构及模具的工作过程。采用此模具结构,实现了瓶口外螺纹成型及对生产效率的要求,生产的注塑件符合质量要求。The structure and technological characteristics of a bottle of cosmetic wax,a general structure design project of its injection mold is determined.The structure and working process of the injection mould with side core-pulling mechanism for the component were stated.An automatic production can be realized from injecting to eject the product out through application of the mould structure.The mould can make high precision and large quantities of products.And the efficiency is impressively improved.The method had referential value for the injection mold design of other product.
