摘  要:目的:目前用于聚焦超声外科手术的球面换能器生成的焦斑体积非常小,因此需要很长的治疗时间来完成对大肿瘤的治疗,为了很好的解决这一问题本文利用多焦点的声场分布合成大焦域形成较大的治疗热场。方法:利用MATLAB7.0计算软件自带的遗传算法工具箱‘gads’对相控阵超声换能器进行多焦点模式优化研究。在三焦点、五焦点模式下改变焦点之间的距离,使之形成大焦域声场模式。结果:在缩短焦点之间的距离后,孤立的三焦点声场变成了连续的线声场;五焦点声场变成了蝴蝶状声场,并最终趋于圆形焦域形态。结论:合理的改变焦点个数以及焦点之间间距的大小,可以有效地将多焦点合成大焦域声场模式,为实现HIFU快速有效地治疗大面积病灶奠定了理论基础。Objective:Currently,the focal region size of spherical transducers used in the focused ultrasound surgery is very small,when use this kind of transducer treat large tumors need a long time to complete the treatment.In order to solve this problem,this paper present a new way to form a larger treatment thermal field through combinate multi-focus.Methods:Using MATLAB 7.0 computing software that comes with the genetic algorithm toolbox 'gads' pairs of phased array ultrasonic transducer optimization of multi-focus mode.In the three focus,five focus mode to change the focus of the distance between the focus and make it a major focal region sound field mode.Results:In the shorter the distance between the focus,the isolated focus of the sound field into a three-line continuous sound field;5 focus on the sound field into a butterfly-shaped sound field,and ultimately tends to form a circular focal region.Conclusion:The change in spacing between the focal point of the number and size of the focus,you can effectively focus on preparation of large multi-focal region sound field model for the realization of HIFU to treat large areas quickly and effectively laid the foundation for lesions.
