饥荒年(1959～1961)出生人群与非饥荒年出生人群的现时生活质量比较研究

摘　　要：目的:了解饥荒年(1959～1961年)出生的人群当前生活质量现况及其与饥荒年前后出生人群的比较。方法:在重庆某三甲医院体检中心的体检人群中,随机抽取44～54岁的人群,进行一般情况问卷,SF-36健康调查量表第二版本进行自评量表式调查。结果:饥荒年出生人群的生活质量与非饥荒年出生人群的生活质量无显著性差异;最高学历与活力(Vitality,VT)、社会功能(Social functioning,SF)、情感职能(Role-emotional,RE)、精神健康(Mental health,MH)维度有关,其中对SF、MH维度得分影响有统计学意义;工作状况与生理功能(Physical functioning,PF)、躯体疼痛(Bodilypain,BP)、总体健康(General health,GH)、RE维度有关,其中对PF、BP、GH维度得分影响有统计学意义;婚姻状况与GH维度有关;经济收入与生理职能(Rolephysical,RP)维度得分有关。结论:本次调查尚不能认为饥荒年出生人群的生活质量与非饥荒年出生的人群的生活质量存在差异,还需扩大样本量和开展社区调查进一步研究,同时还应加强对丧偶人群和退休人群生活质量的关注。Objective：To know the present life quality of the people who were born in famine years（1959～1961） and compare it to the people who were born before and after famine years.Methods：to take a random sample of people who were 44 to 45 years old in Medical Examination Centera of a upper first-class hospital of Chongqing,to survey them questionnaire about the general conditions,use the second edition of SF-36 health survey scale to take the self assessment scale survey.Results：There are no distinct difference of life quality between people were and were not born in famine years.The highest education relates to the vitality（VT）,social functioning（SF）,role-emotional（RE）,mental health（MH） dimension,specially has the statistics meaning to the influence of SF,MH dimension score;working condition relates to the physical functioning（PF）,bodily pain（BP）,general health（GH）,RE dimension,specially has the statistics meaning to the influence of PF,BP,GH dimension score;marital status relates to the GH dimension;income relates to the role physical（RP） dimension score.Conclusion：It has not yet been considered there has difference of life quality between people who were and weren＇t born in famine years in this survey.It remains to have more research by enlarge the sample size and carry out the community survey,and should pay more attention to widowed and retired people at the same time.
