水凝胶隆乳术后的钼靶影像表现

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(简称水凝胶)隆乳术后的临床及影像学表现。方法:回顾89例采用注射水凝胶隆乳患者,分析其体格检查及乳腺钼靶X线检查的结果。结果:注射水凝胶后58例乳房外观尚好,31例外观不对称;其中37例可及不规则硬块。钼靶片显示31例水凝胶与正常腺体间分界清楚,41例分界不清,其中63例密度高于或稍高于腺体,13例密度与腺体相近。13例见大小不一结节影遍布双乳,正常腺体结构未能显示。结论:乳腺X线检查能较直观反映水凝胶隆乳术后乳腺结构的变化,更能定期观察中远期疗效,可作为术后观察隆乳效果的主要方法。对于乳腺病变的排查可结合MRI检查。Objective：To investigate the clinical and imaging performance after the injection of hydrogel for breast augmentation.Methods：89 patients undergoing breast augmentation with injected hydrogel were reviewed,The results of medical examination and mammography X-ray examination were analyzed respectively.Results：After hydrogel injection 58 patients presented good of breast,31 patients,asymmetrical appearance,and 37 patients,presented irregular lumps in breast.Mammography showed that 31 cases of hydrogel presented a clear boundary with normal glands,41,with unclear boundaries.These cases,63 cases were with density higher or slightly higher than that of the gland,13 cases,similar to that of glands.Large and small nodules were seen throughout the two breasts in 13 cases,with no normal gland structure found.Conclusion：The breast X-ray mammography can be accurate,intuitive examination for changes in the structure of the breast,which can provide evaluation of efficacy of hydrogel mammoplasty,and can serve as a tool to screen for breast lesion with combined ues of MRI.
