41例儿童狂犬病临床病例分析

摘　　要：目的:探索狂犬病发病原因及临床特征,提出相应的防范对策。方法:对41例狂犬病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组病例均来自重庆市农村及城乡结合地区。夏秋季发病占70.73%。26例(63.41%)放弃治疗而出院;15例(36.59%)院内死亡。结论:狂犬病目前尚无有效治疗,加强狗尤其是流浪狗和"土狗"的管理,对儿童暴露后及时伤口处理,按时、全程免疫预防注射是降低发病率的重要措施。Objective：To investigate the clinical features of pediatric Rabies in Chongqing during 2006~2009,and explore strategies for the prevention Rabies.Methods：The data of 41 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All the 41 cases came from the rural area and the region between cities to country of Chongqing.70.73% cases occurred in summery.26 cases（63.41%） were discharged with giving up;15cases（36.59%） died in the hospital.Conclusions：There is no effective medication for Rabies,enhancing the administration of vagrant dogs and local dogs,giving children ＂immune after exposing＂,and treating of wound infection promptly are effective measures to reduce the disease incidence.
