肛痛消软膏在混合痔术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察肛痛消软膏防治混合痔术后疼痛的效果。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例给予肛痛消软膏,对照组60例给予太宁乳膏,分别于手术结束及便后换药时敷于创面上。结果:术后0.5h、第10d换药后0.5h,两组间疼痛VAS评分比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后6h～第7d换药后0.5h两组间疼痛VAS评分及术后防治肛缘水肿、促进创面愈合比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肛痛消软膏用于防治混合痔术后疼痛、减轻肛缘水肿、促进创面愈合有明显的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of the Gang Tong Xiao（肛痛消） Ointment on prevention and treatment of post-operational pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods One hundred and 20 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty cases were given Gang Tong Xiao ointment in the treatment group, and Titanoreine given to the other 60 cases in the control group. The two ointments were separately applied on the wound at the end of surgery and after defecation. Results VAS pain scores between the two groups of post-operation 0.5 hour and on 10th postoperative day, 0.5 hour after the first dressing was changed were not significantly different （P 0.05）; while VAS pain scores of prevention and treatment of anal edema and the promotion of wound healing between the two groups of post-operative 6 hours to 7 days after operation, at the first 0.5 hour after dressing was changed were significantly different （P 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical study results have showed the Gang Tong Xiao ointment is markedly effective in prevention and treatment of post-operational pain for mixed hemorrhoid, alleviating the anal edema and promoting wound healing.
