摘  要:目的:探讨核因子-κBp50(NF-κBp50)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)基因蛋白在尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对49例CA组织和26例正常宫颈组织进行NF-κBp50、COX-2蛋白检测。结果:NF-κBp50、COX-2基因蛋白在CA组织中的表达率分别为65.3%和61.2%,显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。CA组织中NF-κBp50和COX-2之间存在明显的正相关(rs=0.714,P<0.01)。结论:NF-κBp50、COX-2基因蛋白在CA组织中有过表达现象,提示NF-κBp50信号途径在CA发病和发展中可能起重要作用。Objective:To explore the expressions and their significance of NF-κBp50 and COX-2 in the tissues of Condyloma Acuminatum(CA).Methods:The expressions of NF-κBp50 and COX-2 were measured with immuohistochemical staining technique in 49 cases of CA and 26 specimens of normal cervical tissue.Results:The expressive rates of NF-κBp50 and COX-2 in CA were 65.3% and 61.2% respectively,with the expressions of NF-κBp50 and COX-2 highly correlated(rs =0.714,P〈0.01).The expressive rates of NFκ-Bp50 and COX-2 in CA were significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue(P〈0.01).Conclusion:There are an overexpression phenomena of NF-κBp50 and COX-2 in CA.It is suggested that the NF-κBp50 signal pathway may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CA.
