摘  要:目的:探讨雌激素对骨质疏松及血清不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)的影响。方法:75只雌性SD大鼠随机分为卵巢切除组(OVX组)、卵巢切除及雌二醇治疗组(OVX+E2组)、假手术组(Sham组)。12周后,高效液相色谱法检测大鼠血清中ADMA含量,显微镜观察下肢骨形态学变化。结果:OVX组大鼠骨质疏松明显,OVX+E2组骨质疏松轻微,Sham组未发生骨质疏松。OVX组血清ADMA含量高于OVX+E2组和Sham组(P<0.05),OVX+E2组和Sham组间没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:卵巢切除后可造成骨质疏松及内源性ADMA水平的升高,雌激素治疗可抑制其变化。Objective:To explore the effect of estrogen on the osteoporosis and serum asymmetric dimethyl arginine(ADMA).Methods:A total of 75 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:OVX group(ovariectomy),OVX+E2 group(estradiol treatment after ovariectomy)and sham group(sham operation).Twelve weeks later,the serum ADMA was detected by high performance liquid chromatography,and the morphology of bone of lower extremity was observed with microscope.Results:Obvious osteoporosis occurred in OVX group,mild osteoporosis existed in OVX+E2 group,and no osteoporosis was observed in sham group.The serum ADMA level in OVX group was significantly higher than that in OVX+E2 group and sham group(P0.05),and there was no obvious difference in serum ADMA level between OVX+E2 group and sham group(P0.05).Conclusion:The ovariectomy can result in osteoporosis and increase endogenous ADMA levels,and the estrogen treatment can inhibit these effects.
