摘　　要：目的:总结应用(肌)皮瓣修复全身各部位深度与难愈性创面的临床效果和经验。方法:自1997-06～2009-06共收治各种原因引起的深度与难愈性创面患者165例192处创面,采用(肌)皮瓣进行修复。结果:1例游离皮瓣因发生静脉危象坏死,1例腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣远端发生部分坏死,经换药后植皮,创面愈合;1例病程20年的褥疮术后切口裂开,行二次手术愈合,其余创面全部一期修复,一期愈合率为98%。结论:用(肌)皮瓣修复深度及难愈性创面疗程短,效果好,治愈率明显提高。Objective：To sum up the clinical effect and experience in repairing deep and refractory wound with skin flaps or musculocutaneous flaps.Methods：From June 1997 to June 2009,a total of 192 wounds in 165 patients were treated with skin flaps or musculocutaneous flaps transplantation,the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The free skin flap necrosis occurred in one patient,resulting from venous embolism,and a reversed sural neurovascular island skin flap was not survival completely in one patient.Both were repaired with changing dressings and skin grafting.Reoperation was performed in one patient with 20-year decubitus ulcer after disruption of wound.The primary healing rate was 98%.Conclusion：The skin flap or musculocutaneous flap transplantation is the most effective way to deal with the deep wound and refractory wound.
