佛山地区1293例变应性鼻炎患者辨证分型结果分析

摘　　要：目的对佛山地区1293例变应性鼻炎患者进行辨证分型,探索其病因病机。方法采用调查问卷形式记录其发病情况及对舌脉合参进行辩证分型。结果临床中以肺气虚弱和脾气虚弱以多见,而肾气虚弱和肺经伏热次之,肺气虚弱尤以季节性发病为多见,肾气虚弱和脾气虚弱以常年性发病为多见。结论不同证型变应性鼻炎发病情况及临床表现有其相应的特点。Objective To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in Foshan region. Method 1293 cases of allergic rhinitis with syndrome differentiation were taken questionnaire, records, tongue and pulse manifestations. Result In clinic, it was more commonly manifested as lung deficiency and spleen deficiency, then kidney deficiency and heat accumulation in lung meridian. Among them, the cases of lung deficiency were commonly seasonal, but kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency were commonly perennial. Conclusion Different types of allergic rhinitis and the clinical manifestations have the corresponding characteristics.
