摘  要:目的观察红花水提液对老年去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的治疗作用。方法 10月龄SD大鼠行双侧卵巢切除术,术后2个月开始用红花进行治疗,用药2个月后用骨组织形态计量学方法测定第4腰椎松质骨静态参数,应用骨生物力学方法对第5腰椎体作压缩试验。结果红花水提液使去卵巢大鼠骨小梁面积(%Tb.Ar)增加不明显,与去卵巢组相比,差异无统计学意义;但红花水提液可改善去卵巢大鼠椎骨的生物力学状况,表现为能使去卵巢大鼠的破坏荷载、弹性模量和破坏应力增加。结论红花水提液对老年去卵巢大鼠椎骨的生物力学状况有改善作用。Objective To investigate the preventive effects of water extracting in Carthamus Tinctorius L on osteopenia in aged ovariectomized(OVX) rats.Methods Female,10-month-old SD rats were ovariectomized(OVX) and,2 months later,they were treated with water extracting in Carthamus Tinctorius L for 2 months.The static parameters in trabecular bone of the forth lumbar vertebrae(LV4) were examined by histomorphometrical analyses;the fifth lumbar vertebrae(LV5) were used to perform the compression test.Results Compared with the data from the sham-operated rats,the percent trabecular area,break stress and elastic modulus were significantly decreased in OVX rats.Correspondingly,the bone break load was decreased of post OVX compared with that of sham-operated rats.Water extracting in Carthamus Tinctorius L increased the percent trabecular area compared with that of OVX rats,but it didn′t meet the statistical significance.Water extracting in Carthamus Tinctorius L enhanced the break load,elastic modulus and break stress compared with those of OVX rats.Conclusions Water extracting in Carthamus Tinctorius L can improve biomechanics of bone in aged ovariectomized osteopenia rats.
