摘 要:对南阳牛胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ受体(IGF-IR)、钙激活中性蛋白Ⅱ(CA PNⅡ)和解偶联蛋白3(UCP3)3个位点PCR-RFLP与生长性状进行相关分析。在所研究群体中,IGF-IR/TaqⅠ多态位点上BB型个体仅检测到2头,IGF-IR/TaqⅠ位点等位基因A和CA PNⅡ/HhaⅠ位点等位基因B为优势等位基因。南阳牛在IGF-IR/TaqⅠ和CAPNⅡ/HhaⅠ位点处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态,在UCP 3/BglⅠ位点偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。相关分析表明,IGF-IR/TaqⅠ位点不同基因型对南阳牛生长性状影响不显著。CA PNⅡ/HhaⅠ位点对6月龄的生长性状影响显著(P<0.05);对不同生长阶段的体协长和胸围影响显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。UCP 3/BglⅠ位点对6月龄的体重、体高和体协长,24月龄体高、体协长和胸围影响显著(P<0.05)。在CA PNⅡ/HhaⅠ和UCP 3/BglⅠ位点上,南阳牛AB型个体生长性状表现最好。CA PNⅡ/HhaⅠ和UCP 3/BglⅠ多态可以作为南阳牛早期选育的有效标记。Bovine insulin-like growth factorsⅠreceptor(IGF-IR),m-calpain(CAPN Ⅱ) and uncoupling protein 3(UCP 3) loci were evaluated for associations with growth traits in Nanyang population by PCR-RFLP.Only two individuals with genotype BB were detected at IGF-IR/TaqⅠloci,allele A at IGF-IR/TaqⅠlocus and allele B at CAPN Ⅱ /Hha Ⅰ were dominant in the studied population which were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium at IGF-IR/Taq Ⅰ and CAPN Ⅱ /Hha Ⅰ loci and in Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium at UCP 3/Bgl Ⅰ locus.No statistically significant differences in growth traits were observed between the genotypes at IGF-IR/TaqⅠlocus.There were statistically significant differences between the genotypes at CAPN Ⅱ/HhaⅠlocus for growth traits of six-month individuals and forheart girth and body length of different growth stages(P0.05 orP0.01).UCP 3/Bgl Ⅰpolymorphism had significant effects on body weight,withers heights and body length of six-month animals,and withers heights,heart girth and body length of twenty-four-month individuals(P0.05).Individuals with genotypes AB at CAPN Ⅱ/HhaⅠand UCP 3/BglⅠloci had best performance.Therefore,polymorphisms of CAPN Ⅱ/HhaⅠ and UCP 3/BglⅠcan be potential effective markers for early selection in the breeding process of Nanyang cattle.
