摘  要:目的探讨牙科椅旁CEREC3D计算机辅助设计和制作技术(computer-aided design&computer-aided manufacture,CAD/CAM)系统进行瓷嵌体、贴面和全冠修复的临床效果。方法应用CEREC3D系统为86例患者制作全瓷修复体,其中嵌体65颗,贴面46颗,全冠21颗。记录各修复体加工时间,并于修复后6、12个月按改良USPHS标准评价临床疗效。结果修复体平均加工时间约15min,除1颗高嵌体、1颗全冠破损失败,1颗嵌体的舌侧部分牙体折断外,其余修复体无破损、松动、脱落,牙体无折断、劈裂和继发龋等不良现象。修复后6、12个月各项指标大都达到A级标准,2次评价结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论椅旁CEREC3D系统近期修复效果好,用时短,为临床提供了一个独特的治疗方法。Objective To study the clinical efficiency of making inlay,veneer,and crown with CEREC3D computer-aided design computer-aided manufacture(CAD/CAM)system.MethodsCeramic restorations including 65 inlays,46 veneers,and 21 crowns were made with CEREC3D system for 86 patients in our department.Their processing time was recoded,and the clinical effects were analyzed with modified USPHS criteria in 6 and 12 months later.ResultsThe average processing time was about 15 min.No fracture,loosen,split,lose of the restoration,or secondary caries of tooth was seen,except 1 onlay and 1 crown were broken off and partial lingual teeth of 1 inlay was fractured.Restorations reached almost standard of A grade in each item according to modified USPHS criteria.Evaluation showed that there was no statistically significance between the items in 6 and 12 months(P〉0.05).ConclusionCEREC3D system has notable short-term clinical outcomes in ceramic restoration with shorter processing time in clinic,and may be used as a practical approach in clinical restoration.
