摘　　要：目的探讨多平面经食管超声心动图(MTEE)在成人中央型房间隔缺损(ASD)介入治疗中的应用价值。方法对38例成人中央型房间隔缺损介入治疗前和术中行经胸超声心动图(TTE)和MTEE检测。结果 MTEE和TTE测量提供的缺损最大径和选择封堵器直径具有很好的相关性。38例患者中35例封堵成功并行超声心动图随访,3例封堵失败转外科治疗。结论与TTE、X线检查相比较,MTEE在成人中央型房间隔缺损介入治疗的术前筛选、指导选择封堵器直径和术中监测方面具有重要价值。Objective To study the clinical value of applicating multiplane transesophageal echocardiography（MTEE） in patients with adult centre-type atrial septal defect（ASD） undergoing transcatheter intervention.Methods MTEE and transthoracic echocardiography（TTE） measurements were performed in 38 adults with central type ASD before and during intervention procedure.ResultsThe data of mean defect and mean Amplatzer diameter measured by TTE and MTEE were well correlated.ASD closure was successful and followed-up with ultrasonocardiography in 35 patients.Three cases failed to be closed and surgery was taken thenafter.Conclusion Compared with TTE and X-ray,MTEE has the important value in preoperative screening,Amplatzer diameter selection and intraoperative monitoring for transcatheter intervention in adult centre-type ASD.
