摘 要:采用焊接烟尘收集装置、汉诺威电弧物理特性分析仪和荧光分析仪等对直径1.6 mm金属芯药芯焊丝烟尘化学成分和药粉粒径对发尘量、电弧稳定性的影响进行了研究。结果表明:烟尘中的主要成分为金属及非金属的氧化物,其中铁和锰的氧化物占90%以上;当药粉粒径在120~380μm时,随药粉粒径的减小,焊丝发尘量减少,电弧稳定性变好;当药粉粒径在120~150μm时,发尘量最少,电弧稳定性最好。Effects of fume chemical composition and powder particle size in 1. 6 mm metal cored flux-cored wire on quantity of welding fume and arc stability were investigated by collector of welding fume, Hannover arc physical characteristics analyzer and fluorescence analyzer. The results show that the main components in welding fume were metal, and nonmetal oxides, and the total amount of iron oxide and manganese oxide was more than 90~. When powder particle size was between 120 btm and 380 btm, with the increase of powder particle size quantity of welding fume decreased, and arc stability became better. The quantity of welding fume was mininum and arc stability was the best when the powder particle size was between 120μm and 150 μm.
