摘 要:采用动电位扫描技术研究了新型医用Ti12.5Zr2.5Nb2.5Ta(TZNT)钛合金以及另外三种钛合金在林格氏溶液中的腐蚀行为,并对合金表面形成的钝化膜进行了分析,用皮下埋植试验评价了四种合金的生物相容性。结果表明:与另外三种合金相比,TZNT合金更易进入钝化状态;其钝化电位区间最宽,维钝电流较小,其表面的钝化膜更稳定,具有更优异的耐腐蚀性能;与Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb合金相比,TZNT和TA2合金植入白鼠体内4周和8周后无论是炎细胞密度还是植入物周围的纤维膜厚度均有所降低,具有良好的生物相容性。The potentiodynamic scanning polarization technique was performed to investigate the corrosion behavior of a new type of medical titanium alloy Til2. 5Zr2. 5Nb2. 5Ta (T2NT), and three titanlum alloys in Ringer's solution. The passive film formed on the TZNT alloy surface was analyzed. The bioeompatibility for the above four alloys was evaluated by means of the subcutaneous implant test. The results show that compared with the other three alloys the TZNT alloy entered into passive state more easily. Moreover, the passive film on the alloy surface was most stable owing to its more extensive passivation potential regions and lower passive current densities, therefore the alloy had outstanding corrosion resistance. The density of inflammation cells and the thickness of fibrous membrane around the implants decreased after in vivo implantation of the TZNT and TA2 alloy in mice for 4 and 8 weeles respectively, when compared with that in the Ti6Al4V and Ti6Al7Nb alloy. The TZNT alloy had good biocompatibility.
