基于Imageware、Geomagic Studio的产品逆向设计

摘　　要：提出了产品逆向设计的一种新思路,即基于Imageware、Geomagic Studio进行逆向设计,并对其实施方案和操作流程进行了详细论述.以显示器的逆向设计过程为例,提出了"由Imageware处理点云—特征曲线、曲面的建构,再由Geomagic Studio整体构造产品曲面并输出加工"的具体方案.研究结果表明,采用Imageware、Geomagic Studio对产品进行逆向设计,可以大幅度缩短新产品的设计开发周期,更具高效性和可行性,为产品的快速开发与创新设计探索出一条捷径.Introduced a new idea of product reverse engineering based on Imageware, Geomagie studio, and presented the implementation of programs and operational processes. To display the reverse design process, proposed the specific programs which includes the processing of point cloud curve and surface construction-overall with the imageware, and the product surface construction and export processing with the Geomagie studio. The results showed that Imageware, and Geomagie studio reverse design of the products could dramatically shorten the development cycle of new product design, and is more efficient and feasible for rapid product development and innovative design to explore a possible shortcut.
