摘　　要：介绍了福建炼油乙烯项目IGCC工艺及其系统集成的优点,对该系统存在的操作控制难度大、故障时影响面广、部分单体设备运行周期短等技术缺陷进行了分析,提出了在反应温度控制、氢气供给、设备在线维护等方面的应对措施,给出了在组合工艺的本质技术、设备材质、制造质量、安装水平、操作条件等方面还需提升的建议。The advantages of IGCC （ integrated gasification and combined cycle） process of Fujian refining and ethylene project are described. The technical disadvantages of the process are analyzed, such as difficulty in control of unit operation, extended impact of emergency, short operating cycle of some equipment, etc. The countermeasures are proposed in respect of reactor temperature control, hydrogen supply, on-line maintenance of equipment, etc. The improvements of intrinsic technology of integrated process, equipment material, fabrication quality and installation and operating conditions, etc are recommended.
