摘　　要：目的：探讨产后出血的临床观察，并采取有效的护理措施。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年1月～2010年1月42例产后出血达800ml以上产妇的临床资料，总结经验。结果：本组产妇经密切的观察与护理，痊愈出院40例，子宫切除2例。结论：产科护士应有高度的责任心，密切观察，及时发现高危因素并进行预防治疗，从而降低产后出血率。Objective： To evaluate the clinical ohsmwation of postpartum hemorrhage, and to take effective care measures. Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2007 - January 2010 42 eases of postpartum hemorrhage of 800 ml of maternal clinical data, lessons learned. Results： Maternal care by close observation and was recovered 40 cases of hysterectomy in 2 eases. Conclusion： Obslelrie nurses should have a high sense of respnnsibility, close observation, to detect risk faetors and preventive treatment to reduce postpartum hemonhage.
