摘　　要：中医适宜技术具有“简、便、验、廉”的特点，在基层医疗机构推广中医适宜技术对于维护民众健康，缓解“看病贵、看病难”具有重要意义。根据重庆市在基层医疗卫生机构开展中医适宜技术推广培训的情况，本文就其中存在的难点进行了分析，并提出了解决这些难点的建议和对策。Suitable technology of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has the characteristics of simple, convenient, effective and low-cost. There are important significance to popularize Suitable technology of TCM for maintaining health of people and relieving ＂the difficult to see a doctor and the expensive to see a doctor＂ in the basic level medical institutions. The paper analyzed the existing difficult and problems during popularizing the suitable technology of TCM in the basic level medical institutions of Chongqing municipality, and
