综合护理干预对血瘀型糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨综合护理干预对血瘀型糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症的疗效。方法？将78例糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症血瘀型患者分为综合护理干预组（治疗组）和常规护理组（对照组），每组39例，综合护理干预组采用足部强化护理和健康教育综合干预，常规护理组采用一般护理干预，比较两组患者彩超股总动脉的平均血流速度（MA）、阻力指数（RI）、脉动指数（PI）变化。结果：治疗组彩超血流动力学较对照组明显改善，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0．01）结论：综合护理干预对血瘀型糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症预后有着重要临床意义。Objective： To the purpose of nursing to xueyu DLAO＇ s t curative effect. Methods： Selecting 78 cases of this disease as study object （39 cases in blood stasis type group and 39 cases in damp-heat type group）,and taking the healthy voluntary persons as the normal control group. Results： Compared with the indexes of control group, the study group dynamics in the bloodstream is effective, statistical significance （P 〈0.01 ）Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective to xueyu DLAO.
