摘　　要：目的:探讨利托君在前置胎盘产前出血期待疗法中的应用。方法:将2007年1月～2008年12月诊断为前置胎盘的患者100例,分别使用利托君治疗60例(治疗组)和硫酸镁治疗40例(对照组),并观察阴道流血,孕期延长及孕周终止时间,新生儿相关情况及药物不良反应。结果:本组患者100例,治疗组孕期延长及孕周终止时间,新生儿出生时平均体重及新生儿1minApgar评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:利托君对前置胎盘治疗效果优于硫酸镁,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To explore the application of ritodrine in expectant treatment for placenta previs.Methods：A total of 100 cases confirmed as placenta previa during January 2007 to December 2008 were divided into treatment group（60 cases）with ritodrine and control group（40 cases）with Magnesium Sulfate.And the status of vagina bleeding,delayed pregnancy duration,end time of pregnancy,newborn situation and side-effect of drugs were observed and compared.Results：There were significant differences in indexes including delayed pregnancy duration,end time of pregnancy,average newborn weight and newborn Apgar score at 1 min between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Ritodrine is more effective on placenta previa,and worthy extensive clinic application.
