尖锐湿疣患者焦虑情绪对细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 对尖锐湿疣患者焦虑情绪进行调查并探讨其对细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 采用Zung焦虑自评量表,并用流式细胞仪检测患者外周血CD4＋、CD8＋和NK细胞活性.结果 CA患者焦虑情绪发生率为57.1%,与文化程度、性别、婚否、病程、是否生育、初次就诊情况、性病知识的了解、复发等因素相关,CA患者焦虑组和非焦虑组CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋和NK细胞的分别比较,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 CA患者存在明显焦虑情绪并与个人及社会因素相关,且焦虑者细胞免疫功能更为低下.Objective Based on the depression survey for the pointed condyloma patients,this paper analyzes and discusses the influence of the anxiety for the Condylom acuminatu patients on cellular immune Method We adopt the Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale and use flow cytometer to check the activity of the CD4＋ 、 CD8＋、 NK cells that from the peripheral blood of the CA patients. Result Depression rate of occurrence of CA patients is57. 1%, which is related to the educational background,sex, marriage, history, economic status and information such as whether he/she has a child, the condition of the first treatment, the acquaintce of the venereal disease and the recurrence of CA disease ect.CD4＋, CD8＋ CD4＋/CD8＋ and NK cells between anxiety group and non-anxiety group are compared respectively, and the P value is less than 0.05, so the difference is statistical significant. Conclusion There exists obvious anxiety in CA patients and is related to individual and sicial fators, and the cellular immune function of the patients of anxiety is worse than the corresponding reference group.
