新鲜马铃薯外敷与硫酸镁湿敷治疗化疗药物外渗性损伤的对照研究

摘　　要：目的 通过与硫酸镁湿敷进行对照,探讨新鲜马铃薯外敷治疗化疗药物外渗性损伤的疗效.方法 随机选择静脉输液化疗过程中发生药物外渗的病人122例,分成两组,分别使用新鲜马铃薯薄片外敷和50%硫酸镁湿敷,比较2种方法治疗化疗药物渗出性损伤的疗效.结果 同一类化疗药物渗出,马铃薯组的疗效优于硫酸镁组,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论 新鲜马铃薯外敷治疗化疗药物外渗性损伤疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,病人感觉舒适,取材方便,经济实用.Objective To explore the efficacy of external application of fresh potato in the treatment of chemotherapy extravasation injury by comparing with magnesium sulfate wet dressing. Methods 122 patients who developed chemotherapy extravasation during the process of intravenous infusion were randomly assigned to receive external application of thin pieces of fresh potato, or 50% magnesium sulfate wet dressing. The efficacy of the two methods for extravasation injury were compared. Results The efficacy of external application of potato was superior to that of magnesium sulfate wet dressing, with a significant difference （ P〈0.O5 ）. Conclusions External application of fresh potato is effective, safe, simple, and less expensive in the treatment of chemotherapy extravasation injury and has no obvious adverse reactions.
