摘　　要：目的 探讨泌尿外科微创手术围手术期的护理方法,提高护理工作效率和质量.方法 通过对2007-2009年2579例微创手术患者实施全面的心理护理、术前指导、手术器械准备、手术配合、术后生命体征的观察,各种引流管的观察和护理,预防并发症的发生、详细全面的出院指导等全过程护理进行总结、分析.结果 2579例患者手术全部成功,无护理并发症发生.结论 全面、仔细、严密的全程护理,齐整的器械准备,手术配合是手术成功的关键,护理成功的重要保证.Objective To improve nursing efficiency and quality by exploring the perioperative nursing meithods of minimally invasive urological surgery. Methods 2579 patients who had undergone minimally invasive urological surgery from 2007 to 2009 received mental nursing, preoperative education,surgical instrument preparation, surgical collaboration, and postoperative monitoring of vital signs. Various drainage tubes were observed, complications were prevented, and all of the nursing procedures were analyzed.Results The surgery was successfully performed on all the patients. No nursing complications occurred.Conclusions Careful and thoughtful nursing, serious instrument preparation, and surgical collaboration are the key to successful surgery and to nursing satisfaction.
