摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗的筹资水平在逐步提高,但是医疗费用的增长势必会降低参合农民的受益程度,影响提高筹资标准的政策效果。通过对新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构住院医疗费用的分析,探讨可能影响住院医疗费用变化的主要因素,以及控制医疗费用不合理增长的有效措施。The financing level of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme（NRCMS） is increasing gradually,but the tendency of the increasing medical expenses will decrease the benefit of farmers and impact the political efficiency of increasing the fund standard.Through analyzing the hospitalization expenses in contracted health facilities,the main influencing factors of hospitalization expenses in the NRCMS contracted health care facilities and strategies to control medical expenses are analyzed.
