摘　　要：目的:对陕西省农村卫生室的药品利润进行分析,为制定陕西省农村卫生室基本药物"零差率"销售补偿标准提供参考依据。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取陕西省60个村卫生室进行问卷调查。调查数据采用Stata10.0软件进行清洗和分析。结果:60个样本村卫生室平均自报药品利润为15625.96元/年(1302.20元/月),实际计算药品利润平均每个村卫生室为7182.80元/年(598.60元/月);不同地区不同类别村卫生室药品利润不同。结论:样本村卫生室平均自报药品利润高于实际计算药品利润,当地经济水平和服务人口数量对村卫生室药品利润有影响。Objective：To analyze the drug profits of rural health clinics in Shaanxi Province,in order to provide reference for drawing up the compensation standard of the essential medicines ＂zero slip＂ sales system.Methods：Using a multi-stage,stratified,random sampling process and sample 60 rural health clinics in Shaanxi Province.Results：The average self-reported drug profits in surveyed rural health clinics is 15 625.96 yuan per year（1 302.20 yuan per month）.The average actual calculated drug profits in surveyed rural health clinics is 7 182.8 yuan per year（598.6 yuan per month）.Drug profits are different in different rural health clinics in different regions.Conclusion：The self-reported drug profits is higher than the average actual calculated drug profits in the surveyed rural health clinics,and the level of the local economy and the number of service population affect the rural health clinics＇ drug profits.
